I. AGREEMENT

By signing, the customer agrees that this waiver applies to all current and future laundry transactions unless revoked in writing. One signature serves as acknowledgment for both copies.

II. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Shop will handle all items with care but will not be liable for:

• Shrinkage, fading, or color bleeding due to fabric condition.
• Damage from items left in pockets.
• Missing buttons, zippers, or decorations.
• Normal wear from washing or drying.

If proven at fault, the Shop's maximum liability equals the cleaning charge of the affected item. Declare sentimental or high-value items before processing.

III. SOAP POLICY

The Shop uses its own detergent for quality cleaning. Customers who prefer to use their own products must provide them before service. The Shop is not responsible for results from customer-supplied detergents.

IV. UNCLAIMED LAUNDRY (15-DAY RULE)

Laundry must be claimed and paid within 15 days of receipt. Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after this period. The customer waives ownership or compensation once disposed of.

V. VALIDITY & CONSENT

This waiver remains valid for all future transactions unless canceled in writing.

By signing, the customer confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all terms.
